Leastways is an online tutoring and educational services organisation seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join its growing team of Remote Tutoring Assistants. This is a flexible, part-time, work-from-home opportunity ideal for undergraduates, postgraduate students, or early-career educators who are passionate about teaching and have the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality online lessons to learners in Sri Lanka and beyond.

The role involves conducting tutoring sessions in the early morning and afternoon slots, making it perfectly compatible with ongoing studies or other professional commitments. 📋 Key Responsibilities

Conduct online tutoring sessions for assigned students across various subjects and levels
Plan and prepare lesson materials tailored to the student’s learning needs and goals
Deliver engaging and effective lessons using online collaboration tools and digital platforms
Monitor student progress and provide constructive, timely feedback
Communicate regularly with students and coordinators to ensure a positive learning experience
Research and stay updated on subject content to ensure accuracy and relevance in teaching
Maintain professional standards of punctuality, preparation, and engagement during all sessions

🎓 Requirements

Excellent Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala; proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage
Computer Skills: Comfortable with online teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and digital collaboration software; able to research and teach effectively in an online environment
Academic Background: Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or postgraduate student; prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus
Availability: Must be able to take classes early morning (from 5:00 AM) and afternoon (from 3:00 PM onward)
Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering quality education remotely
