Role Overview

Arya Hospital is recruiting for four key clinical and technical positions to support their diagnostic and pharmaceutical services. Candidates must be willing to work on a shift basis (Day and Night). SLMC registration will be a significant advantage. Prior experience in a similar capacity is a definite plus.

Open Positions

1. Radiographer

Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images in support of the hospital’s medical team. Responsibilities include performing X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging procedures, maintaining equipment, ensuring radiation safety protocols are followed, and accurately documenting all imaging procedures.

• Relevant qualification in Radiography from a recognised institution
• SLMC registration would be a strong advantage
• Prior experience in a hospital radiology department preferred

2. Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

Perform a wide range of clinical laboratory tests to support medical diagnosis and treatment decisions. Responsibilities include processing samples, performing haematology, biochemistry, and microbiology tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate result reporting.

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognised institution
• SLMC registration would be a strong advantage
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred

3. Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)

Lead and perform complex laboratory investigations, quality assurance activities, and clinical analysis across the hospital’s laboratory departments. Oversee accurate test reporting and compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent qualification
• SLMC registration would be a strong advantage
• Prior experience as an MLS in a hospital or clinical laboratory is a definite advantage

4. Pharmacy In-Charge

Oversee and manage the hospital pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, managing pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising clinical staff and patients on drug usage and interactions.

• Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent qualification
• SLMC registration would be a strong advantage
• Experience in hospital pharmacy management preferred

General Candidate Profile

• Having SLMC registration would be a definite advantage for all positions
• Willingness to work on a shift basis — both Day and Night shifts
• Prior experience in a similar capacity in a hospital or clinical setting is a definite advantage
