About TechBio

TechBio is hiring for multiple roles across its finance and operations teams. The company is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth cross-departmental workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities across departments
  • Monitor workflows and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
  • Maintain operational records, databases, and documentation
  • Assist with resource planning and scheduling
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare operational reports and performance data
  • Support project implementation and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with procurement and inventory management where required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
