About TechBio
TechBio is hiring for multiple roles across its finance and operations teams. The company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support its finance department with day-to-day accounting and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate filing systems and financial documentation
- Assist with payroll administration when required
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
Requirements
- Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Studying towards a professional qualification
