About TechBio

TechBio is hiring for multiple roles across its finance and operations teams. The company is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support its finance department with day-to-day accounting and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records
  • Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports
  • Support month-end and year-end financial processes
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and financial documentation
  • Assist with payroll administration when required
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative role
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Studying towards a professional qualification
