Role Overview

A fantastic opportunity awaits outgoing and dynamic individuals with experience in customer service to join Arpico Insurance’s Call Center. They will be responsible for customer care and for maintaining service levels beyond expectations.

Responsibilities

Enthusiastically attend to inbound and outbound calls
Provide feedback for customer inquiries and ensure that follow-up actions take place
Attend to customer inquiries empathetically and help them resolve the same
Assist and continuously update customer information on the system
Elevate and maintain the Arpico Insurance brand image

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

Successful completion of the G.C.E. A/L examination
A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Call Center Officer
Strong PR skills
Ability to handle and work under pressure
