Nawaloka Care Labs is hiring a Billing Officer / Cashier for its Homagama branch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate billing records
• Responsible for accurate cash handling
• Follow up on overdue payments
• Handle and ensure the safe management of company finances
• Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to billing
• Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Candidate Profile

• Advanced Level (A-Level) qualification or equivalent
• Completion of a computer course (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in billing / cashiering / invoicing
• Male candidates are preferred
