Minimum Requirements (All Positions)

  • Relevant degree or diploma in the subject area
  • Previous experience in teaching is desirable
  • Familiar with online learning systems and digital teaching tools
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • IT literate and proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about education and student development

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for the relevant subject and grade levels
  • Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and continuous evaluation
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learning styles
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and college management
  • Participate in college events, meetings, and professional development activities
  • Utilize online and digital learning tools to enhance the teaching experience
  • Maintain accurate student records and assessment documentation
