Role Overview

iLabs is looking for a detail-oriented, execution-focused Marketing Executive to support the implementation of marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. This role bridges marketing strategy and execution, requiring strong coordination skills and the ability to work with AI-generated content and campaigns.

Shift: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Location: Battaramulla (Onsite)
Experience Required: 1+ year

Key Responsibilities

Support execution and quality control of AI-assisted marketing strategies, campaigns, creatives, and videos
Assist in managing key marketing channels including Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, SMS, and In-App Marketing
Translate leadership direction into structured tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, tracking priorities, dependencies, approvals, and deadlines
Collaborate with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders
Monitor campaign performance using available tools, gather insights, and provide actionable feedback
Support reporting on campaign progress, key results, and potential risks to senior team members
Utilize AI tools for content generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and analytics
Stay updated on emerging AI trends and best practices in marketing

Requirements

1+ years of hands-on marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong understanding of what drives engagement, conversion, and scale
Experience working with Generative AI tools is a plus
Excellent coordination and team management skills
Strong project management discipline and attention to detail
High accountability and follow-through
