Role Overview

ITC Ratnadipa is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager Credit – Income to lead the credit and income management functions of the Finance Department. This is a senior-level role requiring a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and thorough understanding of hotel finance operations. The role demands a high level of professionalism, leadership, and expertise in revenue management, credit control, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit daily revenues and ensure accurate financial records across all hotel revenue streams
  • Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes efficiently
  • Monitor debtor aging and ensure timely recovery of outstanding balances
  • Identify revenue leakages and strengthen internal financial controls
  • Prepare revenue, receivable, and bad debt reports for management review
  • Support month-end closing and audit procedures
  • Collaborate with Sales, Reservations & Front Office teams on credit-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the credit and income team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional qualifications (CA / ACCA / CIMA) will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel finance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan tax and accounting practices
  • Experience with hotel ERP systems / SAP is an advantage
