Role Overview

Nestor Stock Brokers is offering an exciting opportunity for a school leaver to join their team as an Accounts Assistant. This entry-level role is ideal for a GCE A/L qualified candidate with a basic understanding of accounting principles who is eager to kick-start their career in a professional financial services environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Preparation of daily financial reports for management
• Submission of required information for internal and external audits
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Support the finance team in data entry and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Prospective Candidate Should Have

• Successfully completed GCE A/L (Commerce stream preferred)
• Male candidates are preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and develop in a professional financial services environment
