Role Overview
Global Sports Lanka is seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join their team as Management Interns at their Katunayake plant. Key Responsibilities
- Support management functions within the manufacturing operations at the Katunayake plant
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and support teams on day-to-day management activities
- Assist in monitoring production workflows, output tracking, and performance reporting
- Participate in problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement programmes
- Engage with department heads to develop an understanding of cross-functional management
- Analyze operational data using ERP systems and reporting tools
- Contribute to special projects and management assignments as directed
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audit-readiness activities
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for career development and continuous learning
- Preferred age: 25–30 years
- Candidates residing near Katunayake are encouraged to apply
- Having worked in a manufacturing environment will be a definite advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems or production data analysis tools will be advantageous
