Kings College of Business & Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd, one of the most successful and popular hotel schools in Colombo, is inviting applications from professionally qualified, dynamic, and well-experienced individuals to join their faculty. Located at No. 7, 19th Lane, Colombo 03, Kings College is seeking dedicated educators capable of delivering comprehensive theoretical knowledge alongside intensive, hands-on practical training in Hospitality Management.

Available Positions

1. Lecturer – Housekeeping (HK)

Role & Responsibilities: Deliver complete theoretical instruction and conduct extensive, high-standard practical training sessions for students in hotel housekeeping operations.

Requirements: Must possess the ability and expertise to train students in creative, modern, and luxury hotel-standard housekeeping operations. Candidates with hands-on experience in 5-star hotel housekeeping are strongly preferred.

2. Lecturer – Food & Beverage (F&B)

Role & Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive theoretical and hands-on practical training in Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and industry best practices.

Specializations Welcome: Candidates with professional backgrounds as Bartenders or Baristas are highly encouraged to apply. Industry professionals currently working as Bartenders or Baristas who have the passion and capability to teach and train students are also invited to apply.

General Candidate Profile (Both Roles)

A degree or recognized professional diploma in Hospitality Management from a reputed institution
Proven industry experience in star-class hotels or reputable hospitality training institutes
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Strong command over both theoretical frameworks and real-world practical execution
Passion for teaching and developing the next generation of hospitality professionals
Ability to design and deliver engaging, structured lesson plans and practical sessions
