Role Overview

Transco Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to support daily accounting operations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of accounting experience who are currently pursuing a professional qualification.

Location: 2nd Floor, No 162, Nawala Road, Nugegoda
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts
• Handle payments processing and disbursement
• Support preparation of invoices, vouchers, receipts, and basic financial records
• Handle bank-related work and official documentation
• Assist with secretarial and administrative accounting tasks
• Support senior accountants with daily accounting operations
• Use accounting software such as QuickBooks for data entry and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related role
• Currently following AAT, CMA, or a similar professional qualification
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
