Role Overview
MAS Holdings – Activewear is seeking proactive and innovative individuals to join their team in Nawala as Interns – Sourcing and Supply Chain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the material development and supply chain functions of a world-class apparel manufacturer. The intern will support the Material Development team, contribute to material trend collections, and assist in development-related follow-up activities.

Your Role with MAS
- Support the Material Development function within the Activewear division’s sourcing and supply chain team
- Contribute to material trend collections – researching, sourcing, and cataloguing materials aligned with upcoming seasonal trends
- Follow up on development-related activities to ensure timely and effective execution of material development plans
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on material sampling, testing, and approval processes
- Maintain accurate records of materials, vendor information, and development timelines
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to sourcing activities
- Support the team in identifying new material sources and supply chain improvements
Who We’re Looking For
- Proactive undergraduates or graduates in Textile or a related field, or holders of a National Diploma in Technology
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Innovative thinking with a keen interest in apparel supply chain and material development
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team
