Your Role

As a Product Development Intern at MAS Linea Intimo, you will maintain and update project-related databases, analyse operational data to prepare insightful reports, and use Power BI to generate insights that support strategic decision-making. You will also actively contribute to project coordination activities, working closely with the product development team to bring innovative activewear concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project-related databases with accurate and current product development information.
• Analyse operational and production data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive reports to support product development decision-making processes.
• Use Power BI and other data visualisation tools to generate actionable insights for the team.
• Contribute actively to project coordination activities, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, sourcing, and production to support product development workflows.
• Assist in documentation and filing of product specifications, samples, and development records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to ongoing product development initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• Undergraduates or graduates in Textile Technology, Engineering, or Physical Science.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with or interest in learning Power BI for data reporting and visualisation.
• Proactive, innovative, and detail-oriented with a passion for the apparel and fashion industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
