Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and IT concepts
Foundational knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Familiarity with Office 365 and cloud computing concepts
Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
Good problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Professional attitude and commitment to confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Any relevant certifications (CompTIA IT Fundamentals, Google IT Support Certificate)
Coursework or projects related to system administration or cybersecurity
Interest in healthcare technology or regulated industries
Any experience with scripting or programming
