Position: Intern – Human Resources
Job Overview
This internship offers a dynamic, hands-on entry into the field of Human Resources within a leading healthcare organisation. The selected intern will gain exposure to multiple HR functions across Hemas Pharmaceuticals and/or Hemas Surgicals & Diagnostics, working alongside experienced HR professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take initiative beyond assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism at all times.
- Familiarity with Canva, AI tools, and other digital productivity tools will be an added advantage.
