The Opportunity: Insurance Officer – Complaints Management (Head Office)

Arpico Insurance is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual with a ‘can do’ attitude to join its Conservation & Customer Care team at Head Office, handling and investigating customer complaints and queries. Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory for this role, given the nature of customer interactions involved.

Job Profile

• Handling customer queries
• Investigating customer queries
• Maintaining records
• Conducting internal inquiries and preparing reports
• Maintaining all documents

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Age between 20–30 years
• 1 year experience preferred in customer care
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Tamil is mandatory
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as a team player
