Perera and Sons (P&S) is a well-established Sri Lankan company with a strong presence in the manufacturing sector. Known for a professional work culture and commitment to operational excellence, P&S is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to join their growing HR team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with experience in manufacturing or production environments to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic organisation. The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of HR operations, labour law compliance, and employee relations.

📋 Responsibilities

• Manage employee documentation including contracts, confirmations, and transfers.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of HR databases, personnel files, and HRIS systems.
• Assist in payroll inputs, allowances, and statutory deductions.
• Coordinate with operational teams to address manpower requirements and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Experience in conducting training sessions will be an added advantage.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Apply knowledge of labour law, industry regulations, and best practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Coordinate and support company events and functions.
• Manage and oversee employee welfare activities.

✅ Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Ability to work closely with operational teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excel knowledge is a must.
• Male candidates are preferred for this position.
