Role Overview

Panasian Power PLC is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as an HR Assistant. The HR Assistant will support the HR Department across key functions including employee records management, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all times
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employee documentation, orientation coordination, and exit procedures
  • Maintain and update employee files, agreements, letters, and other HR-related documentation
  • Prepare employee-related letters, contracts, confirmations, and other HR correspondence professionally
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR Department on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement, welfare, and HR initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory HR requirements including EPF, ETF, and other labour law obligations
  • Support the coordination of HR activities, internal events, and team welfare programmes

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or administration is an added advantage
  • Good computer literacy including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional integrity
