Role Overview

Exito (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will maintain inventory records, assist with general accounting tasks, handle purchasing processes, and prepare reports as required. This is a great opportunity for candidates with part-qualification in AAT and relevant experience to grow within a dynamic manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records accurately and ensure stock levels are properly documented
• Assist with general accounting tasks including ledger maintenance and transaction processing
• Handle purchasing processes efficiently, including purchase order management and supplier coordination
• Prepare reports and financial summaries as required by management
• Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable
• Support month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Maintain accurate and organised accounting files and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting or finance assistant role
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Part qualification in AAT (preferred)
• Good computer literacy — MS Excel proficiency is essential
• Age below 30 years
• Organised, responsible, and eager to grow professionally
