NativeWay is now seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their Colombo-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic engineering company, contributing to visual communication across both digital and print platforms.

About the Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful designs that support NativeWay’s branding, marketing, and communication objectives. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to bring creative concepts to life and ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional materials for both digital and print media
• Create social media creatives, brochures, banners, presentations, and advertisements
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts and fulfil project requirements
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work within deadlines
• Assist in the development of corporate presentations and marketing collateral
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve creative output

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects will be an added advantage
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
