Role Overview

Aberdeen Holdings is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join one of its Group subsidiaries. The ideal candidate should be a qualified finance professional with strong leadership capability who can support business growth through sound financial planning, effective controls, timely reporting, and strong statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets and ensure effective implementation of budgetary controls
• Support management in the preparation and implementation of business plans
• Prepare project and product costings and monitor actual costs against approved plans
• Prepare cash flow plans and manage company cash flows effectively
• Manage banking facilities and ensure effective coordination with financial institutions
• Ensure timely completion of monthly accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of the annual audit
• Guide, supervise, and support the finance team in day-to-day finance operations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA is a must
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Exposure to ERP systems is preferred
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
