Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and daily postings
• Prepare periodic financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable with timely collections and payments
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts, and manage petty cash
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external parties
• Provide financial reports to support management decisions
• Verify invoices and expense claims

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (part/fully qualified in CA, CIMA, ACCA, or AAT preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, ERP systems) and MS Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
