Open Positions

GFlock is expanding its Finance Department and inviting applications for two levels:

🔹 Junior Executive – Finance

• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)
• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

🔹 Finance Executive

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Your Role — Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare financial statements and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (operations, supply chain, retail) and external stakeholders
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Maintain accurate records and support audit preparation

Your Profile — Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA / AAT preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills and a strong eye for detail
• Proficiency in finance systems and Microsoft Office — especially Excel
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail/fashion environment
