We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant / Cashier to join the team at our Matara (Southern) Campus. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the branch, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of financial transactions and records.

📍 Branch

ICBT Southern Campus – No. 24, Rahula Road, Matara

📋 Key Responsibilities

Handle daily cashier operations including fee collection and receipting
Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts
Prepare financial summaries and reports for branch management
Process and verify financial transactions in compliance with company policies
Coordinate with the head office finance team on branch-level financial matters
Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities at the branch level
Respond to student and staff finance-related queries professionally and promptly

🎓 Requirements

Undergraduate from a local or foreign university (studying or completed)
Part qualification in CA, CIMA, or ACCA is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills will be a strong added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced educational environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy
