Role Overview
Diana Biscuits (Pvt) Ltd / Diana Chocolates (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead the sales team in the Matale region. This is a senior-level role requiring a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in regional or field sales management within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop plans and strategies to execute sales operations and meet company targets
- Responsible for driving the team to achieve assigned area targets while maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong staff management responsibility to enhance sales performance while motivating and leading the team
- Training and mentoring the Field Sales Team, ensuring high performance through coaching, performance tracking, and corrective action
- Analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying new opportunities to expand market share
- Ensure optimal distribution coverage and product availability across the assigned region
- Prepare regular sales reports and present performance data to senior management
Personal Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management / Business Management or fully qualified with SLIM or CIM qualification (preferred)
- More than 5 years of proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or Field Sales Manager
- Self-driven, result-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality business ethics
- Strong leadership & managerial skills to train, develop, and manage a dynamic sales force
- Good communication – fluency in English is a must – and strong interpersonal skills
- Age below 45 years
