Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, communicative English language lessons for students of varying ages and levels
• Develop lesson plans aligned with Cambridge English curriculum and learning objectives
• Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, tests, and feedback
• Foster a motivating, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student confidence and communication
• Support and mentor students preparing for Cambridge English qualifications
• Participate in college events, teacher development sessions, and branch activities
• Maintain accurate student records, lesson plans, and assessment documentation
• Be available to work during weekends as required by the college schedule

Requirements

• English qualification: TESOL / CELTA / TEFL / B.A. (English) / B.Ed (ELT) / TKT 1, 2, 3
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Basic computer skills (presentations, lesson planning)
• Freshers are also welcome to apply
