The Digital Learning Content Creator will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning content and internal communication materials that support Siyapatha Finance’s employee development and employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging digital learning content and internal communication materials aligned with business objectives
• Create videos, animations, e-learning modules, and multimedia learning resources for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and teams to transform technical knowledge into learner-friendly, accessible content
• Utilise AI-powered tools for content creation, editing, and optimisation
• Support employer branding and employee development initiatives through creative digital storytelling
• Monitor learner engagement metrics and continuously improve content effectiveness based on feedback and data
• Maintain a consistent visual and editorial brand identity across all digital learning materials

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital content creation or e-learning development
• A qualification in Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Learning & Development, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, AI tools, and digital content software
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate, or similar design and e-learning authoring tools
• Strong storytelling, creativity, and communication skills
• Video editing, animation, and multimedia production skills will be an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
