Role Overview

AMW is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to join their Borella Suzuki Showroom team. The Delivery Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience during the final and most exciting stage of the vehicle sales process — vehicle delivery. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical automotive knowledge, and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of handing over vehicles to customers at the Borella Suzuki Showroom
• Ensure all paperwork, warranty coupons, and service records are completed accurately before vehicle handover
• Liaise with sales, finance, and service teams to prepare vehicles for delivery in pristine condition
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience, addressing queries and building long-term customer relationships
• Update IMS and SAP systems with delivery details to maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Support sales reporting and maintain delivery dashboards for management review
• Conduct vehicle delivery briefings with customers, explaining features, warranty terms, and service schedules

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — customer-facing role requiring excellent presentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience in database management and reporting systems (SAP)
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple divisions simultaneously
• NVQ Level 4, 5, 6 or equivalent qualification in Auto Electrical / Mechanic
• Minimum 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in automotive electrical/mechanic repairs
