Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and ERP systems
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy before and after entry
  • Prepare and organize data files, spreadsheets, and reports as required
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and clarify data requirements
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive company and operational information
  • Support administrative and office operations as needed

Candidate Profile

  • G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification, with minimum credit passes for English and Mathematics in G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L)
  • Computer literacy with thorough knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
  • Prior working experience in an ERP system will be considered an added advantage
  • Age below 35 years
  • Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
