About the Role

Akbar Brothers is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join the team. This internship offers hands-on experience working with real-world datasets, creating insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation — an excellent opportunity to unlock your career potential in a globally recognised company.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate insights.
Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the development and maintenance of databases and reporting systems.
Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and data needs.
Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings.

Prerequisites

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
