Requirements

  • Fluency in Sinhala is essential; the ability to speak English and Tamil would be an added advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of prior experience handling customers or call center operations
  • Good team player with a passion for customer service
  • Basic IT knowledge, including MS Office suite
  • G.C.E. A/L or Diploma qualification preferred
