Requirements
- Fluency in Sinhala is essential; the ability to speak English and Tamil would be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience handling customers or call center operations
- Good team player with a passion for customer service
- Basic IT knowledge, including MS Office suite
- G.C.E. A/L or Diploma qualification preferred
