Role Overview
Dialog Business Services is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric professional to join as a Club Vision Relationship Manager (Executive). In this premium client-facing role, you will build and maintain exceptional relationships with Dialog’s Club Vision high-value members, delivering a bespoke service experience and ensuring retention and loyalty of this exclusive segment.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, personalised relationships with Dialog Club Vision premium members
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for Club Vision members — handling queries, service requests, and escalations with a white-glove approach
- Proactively engage with members to enhance their experience, identify upsell opportunities, and improve retention rates
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, billing, product) to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of member issues
- Conduct regular membership reviews and personalised outreach through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Maintain accurate records of member interactions, preferences, and service history in the CRM system
- Organise and support exclusive Club Vision member events and activations
- Achieve assigned KPIs including NPS scores, retention rates, and upsell revenue targets
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a service-related role at a similar level (relationship management, CRM, premium client services, or equivalent)
- Excellent command of the English language — both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate fluently in either Sinhala or Tamil
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, professional demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High degree of self-motivation and target orientation
