DFCC Bank is now seeking a results-driven and technically capable individual to join their Information Technology Department as a Business Solutions – Junior Executive, providing first-level IT and business application support across the organization.

About the Role

As a Junior Executive in the Business Solutions team, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues, managing helpdesk operations, supporting business applications, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents in line with defined service levels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth IT operations throughout the bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for business applications and resolve user issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate tracking of all incidents
  • Diagnose application issues, escalate complex problems to relevant teams or vendors, and monitor resolution progress
  • Manage user access rights and support access reviews in compliance with security policies
  • Maintain key documentation including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, report incidents, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of IT service delivery and user experience

Candidate Profile

  • Partially completed professional banking qualifications; knowledge of card systems or banking applications considered an advantage
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or IT support roles
  • Possess a basic understanding of business applications, IT systems, and database concepts
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with IT service management practices and support processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset
