Job Role

Cargills Bank PLC is recruiting for three tiers of positions within its Business Development Unit. These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship building, and driving business growth within a dynamic banking environment.

Available Positions

1. Trainee Business Development Assistant

An entry-level role designed for motivated individuals who are eager to launch their banking career. Trainees will receive structured training and mentoring to build skills in business development, customer engagement, and financial product promotion.

2. Business Development Assistant

A mid-level role for candidates with some experience in banking, sales, or financial services. Business Development Assistants will actively drive new business, manage client relationships, and contribute to branch-level growth targets.

3. Senior Business Development Assistant

A senior field role for experienced sales and banking professionals. Senior BDAs will lead business development initiatives, mentor junior team members, and take ownership of key client portfolios and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities (All Levels)

Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote and cross-sell a wide range of banking and financial products.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development KPIs.
Conduct field visits, presentations, and client meetings to drive business growth.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline activity.
