Associate – BPO Operations | MAS Legato | Malabe

MAS Legato is the Shared Services arm of MAS Holdings, focused on delivering Finance, Procurement, and HR services across the organization. By creating time and operational efficiencies through a shared services platform, MAS Legato is a critical and future-ready component of the MAS group — one of South Asia’s leading apparel and textile conglomerates.

MAS Legato is currently looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join their team in Malabe as an Associate – BPO Operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with Australian entity accounting processes within a world-class shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, and Payroll Processing (AU Entities):

Reconcile business bank accounts accurately and in a timely manner
Enter and process daily payment receipts
Manage the client mailbox and ensure timely responses
Process fortnightly payroll for Australian entities
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
Manage compliance requirements including PAYG/STP lodgements and Super obligations
Compute other tax liabilities such as GST and Payroll Tax
Prepare Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS)
Produce financial reports and perform account data analysis
Support new client onboardings and related training activities

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Finance or Financial Accounting from a recognized institution
Professional qualification in CIMA, ACCA, or ICASL
Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in Australian Accounting
Hands-on experience with XERO, MYOB, and other accounting software
Excellent command of the English language and ability to work under minimum supervision
Ability to work in the Australian time zone
