Job Role: Accounts Assistant
The Accounts Assistant will play a key support role within BakeFuture’s finance function, assisting with daily financial operations, outlet coordination, and accounts documentation across their retail network.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outlet orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support daily bill checking and sales verification processes across BakeShop outlets.
- Assist the finance team with audit checking of outlet sales and issued bills.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for all financial transactions.
- Support the finance team with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks.
- Prepare basic financial reports as required by the management team.
- Coordinate with outlet managers to resolve discrepancies in billing and sales records.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounts and finance procedures.
- Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work effectively with reports and financial documents.
- Computer literacy in MS Excel and basic accounting functions.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a similar accounts support or finance assistant role is an advantage.
