Job Overview

The Virtual Assistant will provide remote support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations and communication. The role involves handling communications, maintaining records, supporting lead generation, and coordinating with clients and internal teams in a fully remote environment. This is a task-based position requiring strong organisational skills and proficiency in digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform data entry tasks and prepare documents as required
  • Maintain and update Excel sheets with accurate information
  • Support lead generation activities
  • Update clients on project progress and follow up on pending matters
  • Provide daily updates to the internal team regarding tasks, leads, and ongoing activities
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on lead progress and overall performance
  • Attend client meetings and internal team meetings as required

Who We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in telecalling and customer communication will be an added advantage
  • Exceptional English & Tamil communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Flexibility to work on weekends if required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Ability to understand instructions clearly and execute tasks efficiently
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable using online tools and platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
