Job Overview
The Customer Relations Officer – Gold Loan is a customer-facing role responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships within the gold loan segment across LB Finance branches. The role involves engaging with customers, processing gold loan applications, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery at the branch level. Vacancies are available across 18 branches island-wide.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and promote gold loan products and services
- Process gold loan applications accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieve branch-level gold loan targets and contribute to portfolio growth
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain accurate records of all gold loan transactions and documentation
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements
- Successful completion of the GCE A/L Examination
- Experience in banking/finance will be an added advantage
- A positive, goal-driven individual with a strong “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
