Job Overview
The Office Assistant will play a key support role within the division, primarily focusing on tender documentation, logistics coordination, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in tender document collection, preparation, and submission processes
- Coordinate documentation related to bid bonds and tender materials
- Support logistics operations including shipment clearance documentation and goods handover coordination
- Maintain accurate records of tender advertisements, submissions, and inventory
- Manage sample stock records and ensure proper storage and availability
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the division
Requirements
- Good track record of secondary education
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic communication skills in English
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
