Job Overview

The Compliance – Junior Executive / Executive position is based at LB Finance’s Corporate Office and plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s adherence to all relevant regulatory and internal compliance requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and relevant authorities while supporting compliance training initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic compliance reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Assist in preparing compliance reports for the Board of Directors and relevant authorities
• Lead compliance-related projects with a practical and business-focused approach
• Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies
• Monitor compliance status, follow up on findings, and report continuously
• Communicate regulatory developments and update relevant teams promptly
• Promote compliance awareness and support training initiatives across the organisation

Qualifications & Experience

• A Degree from a recognised university OR full/part professional qualification in Finance, Business Management, Legal, or Compliance, or a related field
• Knowledge of finance industry regulations including NBFI, AML, and CFT requirements
