ELME is a subsidiary of the well-established Elcardo Industries (Pvt) Ltd, headquartered at No. 42, Narahenpita Road, Nawala. As ELME continues to grow its nationwide sales and distribution network, they are now seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join their team across three key locations.

Position: Sales Executive

📍 Locations: Rathnapura | Anuradhapura | Kurunegala
⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out battery sales and consistently ensure that assigned sales targets are achieved on time.
Maintain cordial and professional relationships with customers and ensure timely collection of payments.
Carry out promotional activities targeting retail customers and dealers to drive product awareness and sales.
Update and submit accurate sales reports and provide relevant market feedback to management.
Coordinate effectively with installation teams to ensure seamless customer service and delivery.
Work consistently towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Key Requirements

2–3 years of work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in battery sales or the automotive industry.
Knowledge of batteries and the automobile industry is a strong advantage.
Should have passed GCE A/L examinations.
Age below 40 years.
Highly goal-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional qualifications in sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
Must hold a valid motorcycle riding licence.
