Position: Sales Coordinator (Female)

📍 Location: No. 448, Nawala Road, Koswatta, Rajagiriya
⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in improving overall productivity by proactively contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales promotion officers have high-quality, up-to-date support materials.
• Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages professionally — answering customer queries, informing customers of delays, and coordinating delivery dates.
• Manage customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate, timely solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations accurately using the company’s system and ensure timely dispatch to prospective clients.
• Coordinate internal communication between the sales, production, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales logs, and enquiry databases on a regular basis.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performance summaries for management review.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Basic computer knowledge — proficiency in internet browsing and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Sinhala. Knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality with excellent conversation and interpersonal skills.
• Age preferably below 35 years.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a high degree of professionalism.
• Prior experience in a sales coordination or customer service role is an advantage, though not mandatory.
