Damsila Resources is now seeking a capable and dedicated individual to take up the role of Junior Executive – Accounts to support the organisation from their Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring finance professional with 1–2 years of experience looking to grow within an internationally active mining and export business.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accounting records and financial statements.
• Support day-to-day accounts functions including payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and/or ERP systems.
• Support the preparation of management reports and statutory financial statements.
• Assist with audit and compliance-related tasks as required.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.

✅ Candidate Profile

• Part-qualified or currently following a professional accounting qualification with ICASL / CIMA / ACCA / CMA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• 1–2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role or in an audit firm.
• Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Age below 35 years.
