Available Engineering Positions
DACON Engineering is currently recruiting for multiple engineering roles to support their expanding project portfolio. Openings are available across the following disciplines:
- Civil Engineer – Site supervision, structural drawings, quantity surveying
- Electrical Engineer – Industrial and building electrical systems, panel design
- Mechanical Engineer – Machinery installation, maintenance planning, HVAC
- Site Engineer / Project Engineer – On-site project execution and contractor management
- Engineering Trainee / Graduate Engineer – Freshers welcome to apply under senior supervision
General Requirements
- BSc Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) from a recognised university, or HND Engineering
- Graduate engineers and experienced engineers are both encouraged to apply
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or relevant engineering software
- Willingness to be based in Kegalle with site visits across Sri Lanka as required
- Valid driving licence is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Sinhala; English an advantage
