Role Overview

Hamilton Recruitment is seeking driven Talent Acquisition Associates to join their global remote delivery team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines. This is an ideal role for HR professionals who want to build a global career while working from Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and talent networks
  • Screen CVs and conduct structured phone/video screening interviews
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future client needs
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across time zones
  • Manage candidate experience through clear, timely communication
  • Track recruitment metrics and produce weekly pipeline reports for clients
  • Support employer branding and job advertisement creation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
  • LinkedIn Recruiter licence experience preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal (C1/C2 level)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in US/UK time zones (flexible hours required)
