Role Overview
Hamilton Recruitment is seeking driven Talent Acquisition Associates to join their global remote delivery team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines. This is an ideal role for HR professionals who want to build a global career while working from Sri Lanka.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and talent networks
- Screen CVs and conduct structured phone/video screening interviews
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future client needs
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers across time zones
- Manage candidate experience through clear, timely communication
- Track recruitment metrics and produce weekly pipeline reports for clients
- Support employer branding and job advertisement creation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business, Psychology, or related field
- 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
- Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar)
- LinkedIn Recruiter licence experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal (C1/C2 level)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable working in US/UK time zones (flexible hours required)
