Access Natural Water is now seeking a Trainee Accounts Clerk (Male) to join their finance team and support the company’s day-to-day financial operations.

Job Role: Trainee Accounts Clerk (Male)

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a young, ambitious school leaver with a commerce background to begin a career in accounting and finance. You will work under the guidance of senior finance staff, learning essential accounting processes while contributing to the company’s operational needs. Candidates who reside within 15 km of Battaramulla and possess a motorcycle with a valid riding licence are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter customer payments accurately into the accounting system
• Handle, organize, and maintain financial documents and records
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required
• Support inventory handling and stock-related documentation
• Assist senior accounts staff with day-to-day accounting tasks
• Perform general administrative duties related to the finance function

Personal Profile & Requirements

• Male candidates only, below 25 years of age
• Passed GCE Advanced Level with Commerce stream
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages — particularly Excel and Word
• Preferably owns a motorcycle with a valid riding licence
• Must reside within 15 km distance from Battaramulla
• Preference will be given to school leavers
• Hardworking, honest, and willing to learn
