📋 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Accounting lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum framework.
• Develop analytical, financial, and critical thinking skills among students.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to support academic achievement.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve teaching standards and student outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Incorporate both national and international accounting curriculum best practices where applicable.

✅ Applicants Should Possess

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in Accounting or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge in Accounting and Commerce.
• Ability to prepare and deliver engaging lessons that support student achievement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with national or international curricula will be an added advantage.
• A genuine passion for teaching and student development.
