Job Role: Intern – Dye House (Activewear)

MAS Fabrics Intimo, Thulhiriya is calling out bright, motivated, and innovative undergraduates and graduates to join their team as a Dye House Intern in the Activewear division. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical, real-world exposure in a world-class textile manufacturing environment, working on projects that directly impact fabric quality, production efficiency, and sustainability. If you have a background in Physical Science or Engineering and a passion for making a tangible difference, this role is your launchpad.

Your Role at MAS

• Work on synchronizing sample and bulk dye machines to ensure consistency and quality in dyeing processes
• Analyze the effects of chemicals on fabric shrinkage and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Support sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing water and steam consumption in the dye house
• Conduct downtime analysis to identify root causes and support improvements in operational efficiency
• Assist in documentation, reporting, and data analysis related to dye house performance
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams on process optimization projects

Who We Are Looking For

• Undergraduates or Graduates in Physical Science, Engineering, or a closely related field
• Strong communication skills — both written and spoken in English
• Excellent team working skills and a collaborative approach
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
